MSc. in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia and Qualified Person (QP) under the Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) designation of Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC). Antonio is the founder and principal geologist of Motherlode Consulting Inc. Canada.
All-around geologist with relevant experience resource modeling and estimation, project evaluation & due-diligence and planning & execution of exploration programs. Antonio’s economic geology experience includes work & academic experience in porphyry deposits in Western Canada and Northern Chile, and epithermal vein deposits in Central Chile.
Passion for stimulating the mining & exploration industry by promoting M&A activity, assisting project vendors and buyers.
Sebastian Perroud MSc. - Partner
MSc. in Geology from the University of Chile and completed the course of Ore Deposits Models and Exploration Strategies from the University of Tasmania. Sebastian’s expertise is in structural geology and remote sensing. He’s a co-founder of Incaic Exploration, a structural geology consultancy that recently got acquired by Tect Geological, a South Africa-based structural geology consultancy. He also the former co-founder of Aerospectre, a drone surveying consultancy.
Sebastian economic geology experience includes exploration of porphyry, epithermal and manto-type deposits in Northern Chile using a combination of traditional and modern techniques including drone-surveying and aerophotogrametry. Also, well-versed in geological mapping, Leapfrog 3D modelling, ArcGIS/QGIS and data management.
Ariel Navarro MSc. Associate
Ariel Navarro (AN) holds an MSc in Economic Geology from Universidad Catolica del Norte. Ariel’s experience includes working in greenfield and brownfield epithermal Au and porphyry Cu-Au projects in northern Chile, including supervising drilling programs, database management, QAQC and reporting. Ariel is well-versed in geochemistry (IoGas, Python), remote sensing and exploration targeting using prospectivity models (multicriteria analysis).
Nicolas Rodriguez BSc. Associate
Nicolas holds a BSc in Geology and a Diploma in Hydrogeochemistry from Universidad Mayor, Chile. Nicolas is a enthusiastic geologist with passion for boots-on-the-ground work. He has experience in mineral exploration, core logging, geological mapping and hydrogeology surveys, primarily in Chile, and Argentina. Nicolas also has a strong background in building complex GIS databases and maps, including databases projects in Canada and Bulgaria.
Catalina Salinas BSc. Associate
Catalina holds a BSc in Geology from Universidad Mayor, Chile and a Diploma in Data Science from Universidad del Desarollo, Chile. Catalina has passion for innovation and has strong analytical skills, including applied data science for mineral exploration and GIS. Catalina currently serves as a GIS specialist a the Chilean Geological Survey (SERNAGEOMIN).

Andres holds a BSc in Geology from Universidad de Concepcion, Chile. Andres is an enthusiastic geologist with passion for innovation applied to mineral exploration and resource development. Andres skills include Leapfrog 3D geological modelling, QGIS, Remote Sensing, Database Management and Python Scripting.
